Management has amassed between them 45 years’ experience gathered over a number of years. This includes amongst others: HR Consulting, recruitment, Talent Acquisition, business development and HR Strategy and implementation, Financial management, Tax, and sales.

Linda completed her 3-year national diploma in Human resource management with the then Witwatersrand Technikon and graduated in 2000. In 2006 she completed her B tech degree in Human resource management with the University of Johannesburg majoring in Organisational behavior, Research & Methodology, and Performance management. She has more than 20 years experience in the field of Human resources Management; recruitment and selection. She focused primarily on Human resource management, recruitment, and selection. She spent a lot of years honing her skills amongst the big 5 financial institutions of South Africa.
Director
Tshepo completed his 3-year national diploma in IT with the then Witwatersrand Technikon and graduated in 2001. In 2013 he completed his business degree BComm majoring in Accounting, Auditing, and Tax. He also started working at Business Connexion as IT engineer supporting BCX clients and internally. He focused primarily on IT Infrastructure. He spent a lot of years honing his skills with the international IT giant IBM. He has traveled to Europe numerous times for training and numerous IBM high-end products. The obtained a National Diploma in IT from the University of Johannesburg (formerly Technikon Witwatersrand) in 2001. He also obtained BComm in Accounting in 2013 from the University of Johannesburg. Finance Manager
Mpho obtained ND Cost and Management Accounting then Technikon Witwatersrand, Higher Diploma in South African and International Tax Law-University of the North West, Certificate in Mining Taxation – Unisa. Mpho was based at SARS from 2003 to 2007 and Legal and Tax Services from 2008 to 2012 dealing primarily in tax compliance- Employees tax – PAYE reconciliation department and consulting in various taxes including VAT, Corporate and individual tax.
